ORDER

On October 12, 2021, petitioner's counsel filed a Motion for Leave To File Motion To Withdraw as Counsel. Petitioner's counsel lodged therewith a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's counsel's motion for leave, filed October 12, 2021, is granted and the Clerk of the Court shall file as of the date of this Order the Motion To Withdraw as Counsel lodged by petitioner's counsel. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before November 12, 2021, file an objection, if any, to the just-referenced motion to withdraw. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the just-referenced motion to withdraw or other appropriate action by this Court.
