On March 7, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "James E. Pappas, Deceased and Kimberly Pappas, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent." It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed March 7, 2022, is recharacterized as respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution as to James E. Pappas. It is further

ORDERED that on or before August 8, 2022, the respondent and petitioner, Kimberly Pappas shall file a stipulation of settled issues or a joint status report along with a copy of the supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioner(s) with respect to the tax years at issue in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution as to James E. Pappas shall be held in abeyance until after August 8, 2022.
