Although this case was consolidated for trial purposes with Papillion v. Comeaux, et al., La.App., 330 So.2d 349, No. 5386 on the docket of this court, and the record was filed in this court on appeal, no appeal was taken or perfected in this proceeding. No appearance has been made and no brief has been filed in this matter, and, insofar as the appeal is pending in this court, it is considered abandoned and is hereby dismissed.

Appeal dismissed.
