ORDERED that, on or before November 27, 2023, petitioner shall file a response to Mr. Bravo's motion to withdraw. it is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order and a copy of the motion to withdraw on petitioner at the current address of record. It is further

ORDERED that the Court authorizes respondent's counsel to communicate directly with petitioner for the limited purpose of informing petitioner of the status of this case while this motion is pending. It is further

ORDERED that, until the Court acts on the motion to withdraw, respondent is directed to serve a copy of any of his filings on petitioner at the current address of record.
