ORDER

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-003869-19 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to whether vicarious liability under the borrowed servant doctrine is a question of law to be decided by the court or a question of fact reserved for the jury (i.e., Point I of the petition for certification). Certification is denied as to all other issues.
