ORDER

Juan F. Vasquez, Judge.

This case is set for trial at the Court's Los Angeles, California, trial session commencing May 22, 2023. On March 16, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On April 6, 2023, petitioners filed an Objection to respondent's Motion.

On May 1, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report and stated therein that respondent's Independent Office of Appeals (Appeals) is currently reviewing petitioners' 2018 tax return. Accordingly, the parties requested that the case be placed on a status report track while Appeals conducts its review of petitioners' 2018 tax return.

The foregoing considered, it is ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on May 22, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report on or before July 10, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
