Based on the stipulation of the parties and good cause appearing therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the scheduling order in this matter is amended as follows:

(1) Qwest's expert report deadline is extended from January 16, 2004 to January 26, 2004; and

(2) The factual discovery cut off date is extended from February 2, 2004, to February 16, 2004.
