After we granted Appellant's first motion for extension of time to file the brief, Appellant's brief was due on May 31, 2016. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a), (d). On June 3, 2016, Appellant filed a second motion for extension of time, and on June 6, 2016, Appellant filed his brief.

Appellant's motion is GRANTED. Appellant's brief is deemed timely filed.
