For cause, the filing fee having been paid on March 28, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered March 23, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 19, 2023, petitioners shall file a response to this Order, either (1) attaching thereto copies of any letters testamentary or other documents appointing Karen Palmeri as personal representative of the Estate of Timothy Palmeri, Deceased, or (2) showing cause why Mr. Palmeri should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and the caption of the case amended accordingly.
