PRESENT:

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Cattaraugus County, entered April 1, 2021, and an application having been made for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Children,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Lyle T. Hajdu, Esq., 414 East Fairmount Avenue, PO Box 414, Lakewood, New York 14750-1178, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Children and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of the respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon each party to the appeal.
