The orders dismissing the defendant's objections to the judgment nisi becoming absolute and denying her motion for a stay are affirmed, without prejudice to her right (if any) to seek (1) relief from the judgment under Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P. 60 or (2) rescission of the stipulations underlying the judgment on the ground that those stipulations were procured by fraud.
