Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Fourth Department
Dec 1, 1916
176 App. Div. 897 (N.Y. App. Div. 1916)

Opinion

December, 1916.

Interlocutory judgment and order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and demurrer overruled, with ten dollars costs, with leave to the defendant to plead over within twenty days upon payment of the costs of the motion and of this appeal. Held, that each of the first and sixth causes of action set forth in the complaint states facts from which a jury might find that the defendant accused the plaintiff of the commission of a crime. All concurred.
