DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant to vacate an order of this court dated January 21, 2014, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 3, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated, and it is further,
ORDERED, that on the court's own motion, the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before April 30, 2014, and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements shall be granted.
