ORDER
David Gustafson Judge.
These consolidated cases are pending under Rule 155, and a submission from petitioners is due April 17, 2023--a deadline we have previously extended (see Docs. 75-76) and that we are not here further extending. Petitioners have previously expressed difficulty in accessing the Court's electronic record (see Doc. 75), although one of the petitioners receives all filings on paper by mail; but they have not cooperated with our attempts to resolve that difficulty. Our order of March 14, 2023 (Doc. 78), required (among other things) that "no later than March 24, 2023, petitioners shall file with the Court, in compliance with Rule 24(b)(2)(A) and (B) and 24(e), an update of their contact information--including in particular working telephone numbers." Petitioners have not done so. Our order also required that "each of the parties shall, by telephone, contact the Chambers Administrator of the judge signing this order, for the purpose of scheduling a telephone conference". Petitioners have not done so. We have been advised that court personnel at the "help desk" responsible for the electronic filing system have received electronic inquiries from petitioners on that system, but petitioners have multiple email addresses on record with the Court (which may account for petitioners' difficulty), and the Court needs information from petitioners about their intended email address. It is
ORDERED that immediately upon receiving this order, and in any event no later than April 14, 2023, petitioners shall (1) file with the Court an update of their contact information, including in particular working telephone numbers, and (2) contact by telephone (at 202-521-0850) the Chambers Administrator of the judge signing this order, for the purpose of scheduling a telephone conference. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to normal service to be made by the Clerk of the Court, the Chambers Administrator shall transmit a PDF of this order to petitioners at the two email addresses appearing in the records for Nos. 1719-17 and 1723-17.
