ORDER

Veronica Rivas-Molloy, Judge.

On January 31, 2024, Appellant Michael Palma, proceeding pro se, filed in this Court a Request to Supplement the [Clerk's] Record. On the same date, Appellant filed a Request for Additional Time [to File Appellant's Brief] Due [to] Incomplete Record. Appellant's brief was due on February 21, 2024. In his motion, Appellant requests a 30-day extension.

Appellant's motion to supplement the record is denied as moot. On March 5, 2024, a supplemental clerk's record was filed.

Appellant's motion for an extension of time to file his brief, is granted. Appellant's brief is due 30 days from the date of this order.

It is so ORDERED.
