DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, entered December 24, 2014, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated May 14, 2015. Cross motion by respondent to vacate the stay or for alternative relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the appeal be perfected by December 4, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
