On April 22, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Consolidate in the above-docketed cases. Jurisdiction of the case at Docket No. 23837-22 is retained by Judge Elizabeth Crewson Paris. Jurisdiction of the cases at Docket Nos. 5024-23, 5026-23, 5028-23, 5029-23, and 5031-23 is retained by Judge Richard T. Morrison. The case at Docket No. 8976-23 is calendared for trial at the September 16, 2024, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session.
Upon due consideration, it is ORDERED that the above-docketed cases are assigned to Judge Richard T. Morrison. It is further
