Action to recover damages for the allegedly improper arrest and detention of the plaintiff, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Mihalakos, J., granted the motions for judgment filed by the named defendant et al., and rendered judgments thereon, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
