Action to recover damages for the named defendant's allegedly wrongful termination of the plaintiff's employment, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield and tried to the jury before Hon. Milton Belinkie, state trial referee; directed verdict for the defendants; thereafter, the court denied, inter alia, the plaintiff's motion to set aside the verdict and rendered judgment for the defendants, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
