Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Kelly, P.J., Rich, Jaycox and Lazansky, JJ., concur; Kapper, J., dissents upon the ground that no negligence was proved against the master, and upon the further ground that the verdict as against the Munson Steamship Line is contrary to the credible evidence.
