This case for the redetermination of a deficiency, presently set for trial during the Portland, Oregon, trial session scheduled to begin on April 11, 2023, is before the Court on petitioner's motion for continuance, filed March 7, 2023. Taking into account the representations made in petitioner's motion and petitioner's change of address as shown in the notice filed February 22, 2023, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the above-referenced trial session and continued generally. It is further

ORDERED that place of trial is changed from Portland, Oregon, to Columbia, South Carolina.
