On April 21, 2016, Massood Danesh Pajooh filed a notice of appeal from the trial court's order and judgment signed January 24, 2016. That appeal was assigned to this court under our case number 14-16-00336-CV. On April 28, 2016, Massood Danesh Pajooh filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of the same order and judgment. That original proceeding has been assigned our case number 14-16-00351-CV.
Today, the court, on its own motion, orders the appeal and original proceeding CONSOLIDATED.
