ORDER

By order of May 20, 2020, the application for leave to appeal the September 6, 2019 order of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Yang v Everest Nat'l Ins Co (Docket No. 160578). On order of the Court, the case having been decided on June 10, 2021, ___ Mich___ (2021), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
