FREDERIC LAMONT PAIGE, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 283rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause Nos. F15-71713-T , F15-75185-T, F15-75237-T, F15-75263-T & F15-76309-T

ORDER

Before the Court are appellant's June 13, 2017 motions to extend time to file his notices of appeal. On April 28, 2017, appellant was convicted of five aggravated robbery charges. On May 17, 2017, he filed his pro se notices of appeal which were received and file-stamped by the Dallas County District Clerk on May 25, 2017. Appellant then filed motions to extend time to file his notices of appeal out of "an abundance of caution." Because appellant's notices of appeal were timely filed, we DENY his motions to extend time as moot.
