Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the named plaintiff during the course of his employment as a result of the defendants' alleged negligence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Katz, J., denied the motion filed by Turnpike Furnace Company to intervene as a plaintiff, and Turnpike Furnace Company appealed to this court. Affirmed.
