For cause, the filing fee having been paid on August 5, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered July 20, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and to Strike as to the Notice of Determination Concerning Collection Action for the Taxable Year 2019, filed December 23, 2021, is granted in that so much of this case as relates to a to a notice of determination for taxable year 2019 is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and deemed stricken.
