Motion for reargument dismissed as untimely. We note that movant's initial motion for reargument, denominated by this court as "reconsideration", was entertained on the merits and denied on June 10, 1986. His next motion for reargument, decided September 16, 1986, and the present motion are untimely as will be any subsequent motions of a similar nature made hereafter.
