These cases are on the Court's April 4, 2022 trial calendar for Los Angeles, California. It had been continued twice before, and we spoke with the parties on January 24, 2022 to gauge progress. Petitioner, a former professional boxer and current senator in the Philippines, turns out to be a candidate in the upcoming Philippines presidential election. This is likely to lead to a motion to remand due to changed circumstances. It will therefore be

ORDERED that that this case is stricken from the Court's April 4, 2022 trial calendar. It is also

ORDERED that this division of the Court retains jurisdiction. It is also

ORDERED that on or before February 24, 2022 the parties shall file a motion to remand or file a status report that updates the Court on relevant developments.
