Appeal from Superior Court, San Francisco County; James G. Conlon, Judge.

Action for injunction by the Pacific States Savings & Loan Company against Harley Hise, as Building and Loan Commissioner of State of California, who had seized the property of the plaintiff under the Building and Loan Act, wherein State Guaranty Corporation intervened. From a judgment and from order, the plaintiff and intervener appeal.

Judgment reversed, and orders affirmed in part and reversed in part.
