         Respondents' petition for review GRANTED. The issues to be argued and briefed should include, but are not limited to, the following: Has Corporations Code sec. 2009 occupied the field with respect to post-dissolution claims against the former shareholders of a dissolved corporation, thus preempting actions under the equitable "trust fund" theory?
