Appeal from Superior Court, Los Angeles County; Fletcher Bowron, Judge.

Action by the Pacific Palisades Association, a corporation, against Bertha Deglow Menninger, wherein defendant filed a cross-complaint. From an adverse interlocutory judgment and an adverse final judgment, defendant appeals, and plaintiff moves to dismiss the appeal.

Appeal from interlocutory judgment dismissed. Final judgment affirmed.
