Action by the Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company against Susannah G. Cleverdon, W.A. Street, and others, in interpleader to determine conflicting claims to proceeds of "life income bond." From a judgment apportioning the proceeds, defendant Susannah G. Cleverdon appeals.

Reversed with directions.
