STIPULATION

Plaintiff Pacific Market, Inc. and defendant Sweda Company, LLC stipulate that the time for Sweda to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint for Patent, Trademark Infringement and Unfair Competition be extended 30 days, from January 27, 2003 to February 26, 2003, for the reason that the 30-day extension may enable the parties to narrow the scope of the dispute.
