ORDER


Being fully informed and for good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants' Motion for Enlargement of Time to Oppose Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction is GRANTED. If Defendants' March 7, 2003 Motion to Dismiss for lack of jurisdiction is denied, Defendants' shall have fifteen days from the date of this court's Memorandum Decision and Order on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss in which to file an opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction. If Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is granted, Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction will be moot and no opposition will be necessary.
