Judgments reversed upon the law and the facts, and a new trial granted, costs to appellant to abide the event, upon the ground that findings of fact numbered 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 are contrary to and against the weight of the evidence. Lazansky, P.J., Rich, Kapper, Hagarty and Carswell, JJ., concur.
