JOSEPH PACHECO & KATHY PACHECO, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On April 29, 2022, the Court issued an Order To Show Cause directing petitioners to show cause in writing why the small tax case designation in this case should not be removed. Due to inadvertent clerical error, the Court failed to add an "S" to the docket number. Although the Court directed petitioners to file a Response to the Order To Show Cause, petitioners failed to do so.

In view of the foregoing, it is ORDERED that the Court's Order To Show Cause, issued April 29, 2022, is hereby discharged.
