CARLOS PACHECO, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On September 26, 2022, petitioner filed her petition in this case. Although petitioner filled out and signed the Petition and Request for Place of Trial, his written statements on the petition and his signature on both documents is no longer visible because they were apparently obliterated through the irradiation process. Accordingly, the Court will direct petitioner to file an amended petition signed by petitioner, preferably using an ink pen that is resistant to irradiation.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 16, 2022, petitioner shall file with the Court in paper form (not electronic) an Amended Petition bearing an original signature (not a photocopy), preferably using an ink pen that is resistant to irradiation.
