Plaintiffs having moved for an order, pursuant to CPLR 5704, vacating and reversing a decision by Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 01, 2020, which declined to sign a proposed order to show cause in support of plaintiffs' motion to seal supposed confidential information, and for the issuance of said order to show cause by this Court, with a temporary restraining order, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
