Action to recover damages for the defendant's alleged failure to comply with a hazardous waste order issued by the plaintiff, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the court, Brennan, J.; stipulated judgment for the plaintiff; thereafter, the court, O'Neill, J., granted two motions to hold the defendant in contempt for failure to comply with the stipulated judgment and rendered judgment awarding damages to the plaintiff, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
