Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed October 25, 2023, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 8, 2023, petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-mentioned motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion or other appropriate action by this Court. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve copies of this Order on petitioner J. Fletes-Velasquez at the addresses on the certificates of service filed with respondent's above-mentioned motion.
