This suit is a companion suit to Bertram C. Carbo, D.D.S. v. Maison Jolie, Inc., and United Bonding Ins. Co., La.App., 155 So.2d 238, and for the reasons set forth in that matter the judgment appealed from in this case is affirmed.

Affirmed.
