This case is calendared for trial at the April 11, 2023, San Antonio, Texas, Trial Session of the Court.

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 11, 2023, San Antonio, Texas, Trial Session. Petitioner's heirs are not expected to appear at the Zoomgov calendar call on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 15, 2023, the parties shall either submit to the Court stipulated decision documents or file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
