By Order served April 20, 2023, the Court amended the caption in this case, and directed the parties, on or before May 22, 2023, to submit a stipulated decision document.
On April 24, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. A review of the proposed decision document reflects an incorrect signature block for petitioner, in that the name is incomplete as it is not signed by the successor in interest.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed April 24, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before May 22, 2023, the parties shall submit a revised stipulated decision document with the Court.
