The petition in this case was filed on June 17, 2022. Petitioner seeks review of the notice of deficiency apparently issued to petitioner for tax year 2020. An examination of the record in this case discloses that record does not include a copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2020 upon which this case is based. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 2, 2022, respondent shall file a Response to this order and attach thereto, a copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2020 upon which this case is apparently based.
