ORDER

Ronald L. Buch, Judge

This case was called from the calendar on December 19, 2023, at the Court's Miami, Florida trial session. There was no appearance by the Ruddocks. Counsel for the Commissioner appeared and informed the Court that a basis of settlement had been reached and requested additional time to file a proposed stipulated decision. On January 18, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report informing the Court "that petitioners had changed their minds and did not agree with the settlement previously reached by the parties." For the reasons stated in the Commissioner's status report, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion this case is continued and restored to the general docket. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned.
