The reporter's record in this case is overdue. On August 12, 2024, the Court sent Antionette Reagor, Official Court Reporter for the 68th Judicial District Court, a court reporter's information sheet and requested her to complete the form and return it to the Court within seven days. By postcard dated September 13, 2024, we notified Ms. Reagor the reporter's record in this case was past due and ordered her to file the record within thirty days. To date, Ms. Reagor has not completed and returned the court reporter's information sheet, the reporter's record has not been filed, and Ms. Reagor has not communicated with the Court regarding the status of the reporter's record.
Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Reagor to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, a completed copy of the court reporter information sheet AND either (1) the reporter's record; or (2) written verification appellant has not paid for or made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record.
Our records indicate the reporter's record was requested on August 10, 2024.
