PER CURIAM.

On September 23, 2024, the appellant filed his brief, which challenges the constitutionality of section 42.07(a)(7) of the Texas Penal Code. Pursuant to section 402.010(a) of the Texas Government Code, we direct the clerk of this court to serve notice of appellant's brief on the attorney general "either by certified or registered mail or electronically to an e-mail address designated by the attorney general for the purposes of this section." See Tex. Govt. Code 402.010(a).

It is so ORDERED.
