Pending is appellant's May 17, 2022 pro se motion requesting copies of the clerk's record and the reporter's record in the above appeal. Appellant states that the documents "are required/needed in order to move forward in the event of an unsatisfactory mandate handed down by the panel." However, appellant's appeal is currently pending before this Court and it has not yet issued an opinion. Appellant's motion is, therefore, DENIED.
