Mary Owens, Individually, and as Parent and Legal Guardian of William Joseph Owens, etc., Plaintiffs-Respondents-Appellants, v. Federation Employment and Guidance Service Inc., FEGS Bleier Intermediate Care Facility, Defendants-Appellants-Respondents.


Plaintiffs-respondents-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the cross-appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about January 20, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming defendants' direct appeal withdrawn in accordance with the so-ordered stipulation of the parties dated December 1, 2016, deeming the defendant's cross appeal the direct appeal, and enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2017 Term.
