ORDER

This I.R.C. section 6330(d) case, presently set for trial during the Jacksonville, Florida, trial session scheduled to begin in that city on December 4, 2023, is before the Court on petitioners' motion for continuance, filed November 17, 2023. Giving due regard to the representations contained in petitioners' motion, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motion is set for hearing at the place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served July 13, 2023, at a time and date certain of 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are excused from appearing on December 4, 2023, as previously directed.

The Court is inclined to grant the motion. The hearing will focus on the future actions the parties intend to take to prepare the case for trial or resolve the case without the need for one. The parties may contact to Court if they agree upon a more convenient time to reschedule the hearing during the trial session.
